Colin Campbell joined NHS Shetland as a Non-Executive Director in March 2020.
Colin is a University of Cape Town graduate and headed up Branch Human Resources for an International South African retailer.
Subsequently Colin ran his own business before becoming a Business Studies lecturer with a special interest in entrepreneurship.
Colin is a Chartered HR Professional of the SA Board for People Practices.
In Shetland, Colin was employed in retail practice management and on behalf of his employer was actively involved in supporting various community projects and events. He now works for NHS Shetland in the Finance Department as the Senior Procurement Contracts Manager.
Colin is Chair of the Staff Governance Committee and Pharmacy Practices Committee and a member of the Clinical Governance Committee. He is also a Trustee of the Endowment fund.
