Datix Staffing - FOI Response Register

Please provide the following information:

1. The number of occasions in which the health board recorded incidents regarding incidents about staffing and its effect on patients between December 21st 2022 until January 3rd 2023.

Please provide a breakdown by day as well which hospital and all possible details about each incident or concern.

Clarification:

Specifically, incidents that were referred to as “staffing/inappropriate skill mix” on the Datix Incident Reporting System.

If incidents aren't referred to as “staffing/inappropriate skill mix” then please include the most relevant category that relates to staffing incidents.

There were nil Datix / Adverse Event Reports raised, regarding incidents about staffing, during this period.
