The Quit Your Way programme usually takes 12-weeks to complete, but this is flexible, depending on individual need. We provide nicotine replacement therapy (NRT), free of charge, which provides a safe, clean way to manage cravings.
Support is available over the phone, via video call or face to face and is tailored to individual preference. Support is usually offered one-to-one. Group, or couple support is also available for those who would prefer to quit alongside others.
