We contract hours from NHS Grampian, for an Equality and Diversity Manager. £12k per annum for contracted hours from NHS Grampian for each financial year.

No one employed directly, only contracted hours from NHS Grampian as mentioned in response to Q1.

£12k per annum on contracted hours as mentioned in response to Q1 + £200 on Pride Badge initiative in 2021/22.
