1. How many people are employed by the health board as diversity officers (for example: Equality and Diversity Officers, Equality and Diversity Managers and Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Human Rights Lead)?
Only 1 and we contract hours from NHS Grampian, for an Equality and Diversity Manager.
2. Please also provide the total annual cost to the health board in paying salaries for these staff. Please also provide details of what salary these roles come with.
£12k per annum for contracted hours from NHS Grampian for each financial year.
