Notes:
- Prior to 2022, NHS Shetland did not have a formal process for closing requests where there was a failure to respond and these requests were kept open indefinitely. Following a review of these requests and FOI processes in 2021/22, and consultation with the Office of the Scottish Information Commissioner, long overdue requests were closed and a new process was introduced for closing requests where there has been a failure to respond.
