I would like to know how many patients have been provided with knee scooters by the Shetland NHS to assist in mobility while recovering from non-weight bearing ankle/leg injuries. I am interested in the period 2020 to date
To best of our knowledge in physiotherapy we have not issued one and do not hold a stock these items, we are aware of 1 patient who used one in this time frame however we do not know if it was issued by NHS Grampian or if it was a self-purchase, it was not issued by NHS Shetland.
