Patient Discharges - FOI Response Register

For the 2019/20, 2020/21, 2021/22 and 2022/23 financial year (up to January 31), please would you tell me:

1. The TOTAL number of patients who discharged themselves from hospitals.

Additionally, I wish this information to be broken down for EACH financial year and provided in a spreadsheet format.
