International Recruitment - FOI Response Register

I am emailing for an FOI request in regards to International Recruitment within your area/board. I am looking to gain a point of contact I could potentially reach out to throughout my studies for international recruitment to discuss the regular needs/budgets for time periods etc.  

The main points I am looking to gain info on are as follows:

1. The number of nurses employed through International Recruitment within your area/board between January 2021 - Present (Feb 23).

2. The current budget the board/area holds for international recruitment between January 2021 - Present (Feb 23)

Approximately £10k per head for nurses, midwives, and AHPs up to 5 staff currently. This is from Scottish Government, you can apply for an increase if need be but it is not guaranteed.

3. Your current protocol for recruiting internationally - ie: in house or within agencies?

Working alongside North of Scotland Internal Recruitment Team

4. If agencies, please list the agencies currently used & if possible a point of contact for them that I could maybe reach out to for further info? I am happy to have an email address for POC.
