I would like to request the following information under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.
1. As of 1 March 2023, how many GP practices in your health board have a i) mental health nurse and/or ii) mental health worker based in their practice at least a) one day a week; b) two days a week; c) more than two days a week.
2. Can I also request this information for 1 April 2021 and 1 April 2022
None of our practices have a mental health worker based in their practice, all support goes via the Mental Health team. The Mental Health team are located at Lerwick Health Centre.

With regards to mental health nurses then in accordance with FOISA s 16(1), NHS Shetland confirms that it holds the information requested but that it is exempt from disclosure under FOISA s 25(1) as the information requested is accessible without submitting a request under FOISA s 1(1).
