Mental Health Beds - FOI Response Register

1. How many MH beds did your health board have in total as of 1 Feb 2022, 2021, 2020 and 2019?

I am looking for the total complement available on each date, which would include both unoccupied and occupied beds.

Under FOISA s 14(2), NHS Shetland is not obliged to comply with a repeated request from the same requester, if it has recently complied with the original request.  Having reviewed your request, NHS Shetland has determined that the request is identical or substantially similar to your previous request of 02/02/2023 (FOI 2022-711) and so is unable to provide the information requested; we have provided further justification for this decision below:

This request asks exactly the same questions as FOI 2022-711 and given the historical nature of the questions the information held regarding them by definition will not have changed.
