1. The number of patients who have died while on an NHS waiting list and therefore have been removed from that list due to their death or status as being deceased.
I would like this complete data broken down in last six calendar years (2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022).
Given each year I'm asking for has been and gone I'm expecting the full data for each year.
