I am looking for information regarding the number of Healthcare Infection Incident Assessment Tool (HIIAT). As such, please provide the following information:
1. Number of times the Healthcare Infection Incident Assessment Tool (HIIAT) have been assessed as 'Amber' or 'Red', with a breakdown of both Amber and Red, since 1st January 2020 to present?

2. The date, location (e.g. hospital and ward) and details of the infection, if any.
4th January 2023 Gilbert Bain Hospital, Medical Ward. 2 patients and 1 relative developed respiratory symptoms. All infection prevention measures were in place. No derogation of care. Minor severity.
