Please note that NHS Shetland has a service level agreement with NHS Grampian for contracted hours from an NHS Grampian Equality and Diversity Manager. They deliver 2 courses, namely Equality and Diversity KSF Level 2 & 4, which may contain these terms however NHS Shetland does not hold a copy of the course material. An FOI to NHS Grampian can be sent to the following address: gram.foi@nhs.scot
Please note the search of internal email communications did not include any additional attachments e.g. from the Scottish Government.
2. Where these terms have been used, could you provide the context in which they were used. E.g provide the sentence where the word was sued as well as the name of the publication in which it was used.
*I would define internal communications as any communication sent wide within your organisation in the last year. This could be, but is not limited to: staff guidelines, memos, employee training courses. For clarity I am not looking for private correspondence between 2 or more individuals, as I am aware this would likely fall out of the scope of my request.

“It is also important to be aware that trans and non-binary people may go through perimenopausal and/ or menopausal symptoms.”
