All complaints are taken seriously, investigated and responded to find a resolution in line with National policy.   Bullying and Harassment Policy Overview | NHS Scotland

3 cases from 2022 were carried forward into 2023. 

  1. What is the annual funding allocated for wellbeing over the last 10 years, broken down by year?

NHS Shetland received £29,429 during 2021-22 for Workforce Wellbeing. This is the only specific funding/budgets assigned to Wellbeing over the last 10 years. However, staff wellbeing is continuously supported from a variety of budgets across the Health Board including Occupational Health, Staff Development, and Endowment Funds etc.
