1. The total number of operations planned to take place in the last 5 years to present (most recent data), broken down by year.
2. The total number of cancelled planned operations in the last 5 years to present (most recent data), broken down by year.
3. The number of planned operations that were cancelled the day before or on the day the patient was due to be treated, also broken down by year.
4. How many planned operations were cancelled due to a) clinical reasons; b) capacity or non- clinical reasons; c) other reasons? Please again break this down by year over the last 5 years to present (most recent data).
