- In each of the last three financial years (2020/21, 2021/22, 2022/23) how many members of the health board’s staff have contacted the occupational health department to raise concerns over their return to offices (or other such spaces, i.e. not their homes) to work as opposed to working from home? How many of these cases in each year involved concerns over Covid19?

- How many staff in each of these years was subsequently allowed to work from home instead of returning to the office? If possible, please break the figures down to show the roles/job titles that these staff had.

With regards to historic data then in accordance with FOISA s 17(1), NHS Shetland confirms that it does not hold the information requested.
Currently 13 staff work from home.
With regards to the roles/job titles of these staff then in accordance with FOISA s 16(1), NHS Shetland confirms that it holds the information requested but that it is exempt from disclosure under FOISA s 38(1)(b) as read with s 38 (2A) as the information constitutes personal data and disclosure would breach the confidentiality of the data subjects.
This is because the small number of people per job title in question means that individuals could be identified from the data.
