As advised on FOI 2022-546 publicly available on our website NHS Shetland solely leases vehicles. So no vehicles have been sold during this period.

In applying this exemption, we are not suggesting that the intention of this FOI request is to use the requested information fraudulently. However, NHS Shetland publishes all request responses on its public website and we have had previous experience of the fraudulent use of the vehicle number plates of fleet vehicles. Because of the costs incurred by NHS Shetland in resolving such matters, NHS Shetland considers that there is a greater public interest in withholding the requested information than in disclosing it.
