Yes.

We provide this service to Theatre Staff, Dental, lab coats, Chefs and any other uniforms that may have been contaminated.

3. Does the board operate its own laundry services?

Yes

National Guidance for Safe Management of Linen in NHS Scotland

What requirements are placed on laundry service providers & on those staff that carry out their own laundry?

Staff are required to follow National Uniform guidance.

5. Are laundry services provided free to staff? Are any charges levied on staff for laundry provision? Do these vary depending on work type?

Laundry Services are provided free of charge.

We have an annual budget set at £238,000.  This includes staffing.
