1. Please can you confirm how many shifts have been released/allocated to ON framework agencies within the last 60 days?

In accordance with FOISA s 17(1), NHS Shetland confirms that it does not hold the information requested. The system cannot record this information. All vacancies released to framework agencies have been filled.

2. In the last 60 days which wards, or departments were these ON framework requests for?

Theatre, Mental Health, Ward 1 (Surgical) and Ward 3 (Medical).

3. Please can you confirm how many nursing shifts have been filled by ON framework agencies within the last 60 days?

In accordance with FOISA s 17(1), NHS Shetland confirms that it does not hold the information requested. The system cannot record shifts filled. 10 nurses were used in the last 60 days all on long term bookings working an estimated 37.5hrs per week.
