What is currently in place to support development of Bank workers – e.g. Care certificate training, additional clinical and non-clinical training?
NHS Shetland does not currently have Workforce Planning software in place. E-Rostering system Allocate is being implemented for 2024 and this has an e-job planning module which may be adopted.
