I am writing to request specific information regarding NHS General Dental Services contracts in Scotland. I would like to obtain data to better understand the status of these contracts and their potential changes over the years. I request the following information:

1.    The current number of dental practices in your health board that hold NHS General Dental Services contracts.

One with 5 dentists listed as NHS independent contractors.

2.    The current number of dental practices in your health that hold reduced NHS General Dental Services contracts (child provision only).

My objective is to assess whether there has been any significant change in the number of NHS dental contracts, particularly in light of reports suggesting that some practices in Scotland are deregistering patients and transitioning to fully private services.
