All Agenda for Change staff are paid the point of the scale in line with previous/current service and hours worked, in accordance with national terms and conditions.

No. Enhanced rates of pay are in line with Agenda for Change national terms of conditions of service and applicable to bank and substantive staff.

 12.59% of hours, including unsocial hours enhancements,
