I have a request for information regarding complaints at Accident and Emergency departments. Can I please request the following information?
1. The amount of complaints that have been made against/concerning the Accident and Emergency department at hospitals the health board operates. Can this information be presented yearly, for the past 15 years (including this one so far). Can the reasons for the complaints also be given for each year.
Furthermore, could the information be delivered in the excel format, not PDF.
With regards to pre 2016/17 information, in accordance with FOISA s 17(1), NHS Shetland confirms that it does not hold the information requested as complaint data is only held for seven years, in line with the NHS Shetland’s policies and the Scottish Government Records Management Health and Social Care Code of Practice.
