Waiting Times - FOI Response Register

1.    For each of the last 5 years, I would like to know what percentage of patients presenting at accident and emergency are thereafter held in waiting rooms on wards, and what the average waiting time for these patients is in waiting areas on wards.

NHS Shetland do not have Waiting Rooms on Wards.

2.    I would like to know what the longest time a patient has waited in waiting rooms on wards before being moved into a bed for their care is. I would also like to understand what system is employed by hospitals to manage access to beds.
