  • Where is the renal social worker(s) based and what hospitals/ renal satellite units do they cover?
  • Is a renal social worker available to kidney patients at all stages of their renal journey – point of diagnosis, pre dialysis, during dialysis, post transplant  -  or is this support only available at certain designated points in time?
