1. Can you provide an (anonymised) list of staff resignations at NHS Shetland over the past three years?

Where we have given <5 answers, this is because NHS Shetland considers that providing more detail carries a high risk of identifying individuals. As such and in accordance with FOISA s 16(1), NHS Shetland confirms that it holds the information requested but that it is exempt from disclosure under FOISA s 38(1)(b) as read with s 38 (2A) as the information constitutes personal data and disclosure would breach the confidentiality of the data subjects.

2. Were all staff offered exit interviews? How many completed them?

All staff are offered exit interviews – see attachment for returns figures.

3. Can you provide anonymised staff exit interviews relating to those posts?

Even after carrying out significant redaction it is likely that exit interviewees will still be identifiable. As such and in accordance with FOISA s 16(1), NHS Shetland confirms that it holds the information requested but that it is exempt from disclosure under FOISA s 38(1)(b) as read with s 38 (2A) as the information constitutes personal data and disclosure would breach the confidentiality of the data subjects.

4. Can you provide results of iMatter staff surveys for the last five years?

In accordance with FOISA s 16(1), NHS Shetland confirms that it holds the information requested but that it is exempt from disclosure under FOISA s 25(1) as the information requested is accessible without submitting a request under FOISA s 1(1).
