1.    I would please like to request the number of new-born babies, born in 2023, that did not receive a check from health visitor within the first two weeks after birth.

27 babies did not have their primary Health Visitor check within 14 days.

Of these,

11 were still off island in a neonatal unit.

2 were delayed at parental request.

2 were born out with the area and moved in the time scale.

1 changed GP creating a delay in information being shared.

7 were seen on day 15, 2 were seen on day 16, 1 was seen on day 17.
