Please confirm how many cataract (phacoemulsification, or otherwise) procedures were performed by the private provider Circle Healthcare (BMI Ross Hall) on behalf of the Health Board in each of the last three NHS financial years, namely 1 April 2021 to 31 March 2022, 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2023 and 1 April 2023 30 September 2024.

Please confirm the total expenditure of the Health Board (in £GBP) to Circle Healthcare (BMI Ross Hall) for the undertaking of cataract (phacoemulsification, or otherwise) procedures (including consultation and procedure fees) in each of the last three NHS financial years, namely 1 April 2021 to 31 March 2022, 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2023 and 1 April 2023 30 September 2024.
