  1. Who is responsible for your cleaning audit surveys?

Domestic Supervisors

  1. Can you outline how cleaning audit surveys are completed?

The system requests specific areas, departments to be audited on a weekly/monthly rotation, the scale is dependent on the risk of the department, Supervisors would go in to these departments and carry out the audit, the department should provide a staff member to accompany them, ward/department manager will get feedback and are required to sign completed audit as done, a rectification sheet is printed, this is then given to staff member to rectify, Supervisor will carry out an inspection that the work has been completed. Audit will be signed off as completed.

If you use software to complete cleaning audits, what was the original contract start and        end date?

Contract was arranged through a National Framework tendered in 2011 and commenced in April 2012. The call off contract was for an initial term of 5 years; following expiry of the initial term the agreement continues on a rolling basis subject to termination by either party.
