  1. A breakdown, by categorical term or code, of instances when a patient has stopped using or has finished mental health treatment in last 6 financial years (2018/19, 2019/20, 2020/21, 2021/22, 2022/23 and 2023/24 so far).

Notes:

  • Where we have given <5 answers this is because NHS Shetland considers that providing more specific detail carries a high risk of identifying individuals. As such and in accordance with FOISA s 16(1), NHS Shetland confirms that it holds the information requested but that it is exempt from disclosure under FOISA s 38(1)(b) as read with s 38 (2A) as the information constitutes personal data and disclosure would breach the confidentiality of the data subjects.
  • For the same reason we have provided figures for financial years only as providing the same figures broken down by both financial year and calendar year increases the risk of singling out individuals from the data, even with the <5 redaction applied.
