Clinical Negligence Cases - FOI Response Register

1. For each clinical negligence case settled by your health board since 2015, please provide:

1. date of settlement
2. The unit where the incident took place or was centred on
3. The medical speciality concerned in the case
4. A short description of what occurred in the case to result in a claim of clinical negligence
