Digital Security Incidents - FOI Response Register

From January 2018, a list of all digital security incidents in your health board.

1. This should include a description of the exact nature of the incident
2. This should include the time the incident occurred and the duration of the effect
3. This should list any cost directly and indirectly incurred as a result of the security incident
4. This should list the data that was potentially compromised as a result of the incident
5. If any payment/ransom was provided to attackers, the total amount provided and the means of payment
6. This should include the location of the incident, if applicable
7. This should include any other information that a reasonable person would judge pertinent to understanding the nature and impact of the digital security incident
