6. Total annual expense, from 2010 to present, on Scrotoplasty procedures, and number of such procedures. Please also provide the annual expense on the testicular implants themselves, if applicable.

All referrals for Gender Affirming surgery are processed on behalf of NHS Scotland by the Gender Dysphoria National Referral Support Service (GDNRSS), which is operated by NHS England.  NHS Shetland does not provide any Gender Affirming surgery locally.
