Please provide the following information regarding patients for whom your health board has been responsible for, regarding gender identity services.

  1. Annually, from 2010 to present, the age breakdown* of patients referred to gender identity services
  2. Annually, from 2010 to present, the age breakdown of patients with whom a decision to treat was made
  3. Annually, from 2010 to present, the age breakdown of patients who had prescriptions for gender-affirming hormones.
