Note: NHS Shetland does not have an FOI Team and no staff have roles which cover only FOI. The staff listed in the attached spreadsheet are those who have some role the administration/processing of FOI requests; we do not hold data on how much each of these staff members spends on their FOI duties.
In general, the senior staff are involved in authorisation/approval prior to release or review process and the other staff organise the FOIs from receipt to response.
