1. Have you implemented any EDI (equality, diversity and inclusion) policies/initiatives on race in your trust?

NHS Shetland has participated in the National consultation for the Once for Scotland Workforce Policies.   The Equality and Diversity policy was part of Phase 3 of the review programme.   The outcome of the consultation for the policies in Phase 3 has not yet been confirmed.    NHS Shetland will implement accordingly when the agreed outcome is confirmed.

NHS Shetland have not yet implemented any initiatives specifically regarding race.
