- What fees the health board pays to organisations that provide services for individuals with additional support needs (ASN). I would be grateful for the current rate paid.
I have put below what NHS Highland are currently paying in the Highland region, and am seeking the comparator figures for your area.
Financial Year 1 April 2024 – 31 March 2025

Half Day (9.00-12.00 or 13.00-16.00)
Full Day (9.00-16.00)
Training package supervised by the Provider’s staff
1 staff: 2-4 supported persons – £45 per supported person
1 staff: 2-4 supported persons – £85 per supported person
1:1 staff per supported person – £75
1:1 staff per supported person – £160
Training package supervised by other carer or provider
Initial half day: £40 per session, then subsequently £20 per session
Initial whole day: £90 per session, then subsequently £45 per session
