While NHS Shetland has no appointed renal social worker for adults and children with kidney disease, does NHS Shetland within their specialist a) adult and b)  children’s Social Work services  have anyone whose time is partly dedicated  to supporting kidney patients ?  and if so how much of their time is dedicated to this  ? (e.g. 1.5 WTE)

 They are referred to the Social Work services at Shetland Islands Council

5. To whom and what location are a) children and b)adults with kidney disease in NHS Shetland referred on to if they require counselling support?

They are referred to School Counselling, provided by Shetland Islands Council or adult Psychological Therapies Services, NHS Shetland

6. To whom and what location are adults with kidney disease in NHS Shetland referred on to if they require psychological support?

 CAMHS or adult Psychological Therapies Services, NHS Shetland
