POTS Pathway - FOI Response Register

I have been in contact with NSS to find out how the recently retracted POTS pathway came to fruition. They said that individual health boards should hold some of the information I am after. I am attaching my full FOI request to NSS, and would appreciate you answering the questions you are able to answer.
