Agency Nurse Spend - FOI Response Register

1. For each of the last five full financial years, please provide the total spend on agency nurses of all grades by your health board, listed by financial year.
2. Please supply the names of the organisations which have supplied agency nurses of all grades to your health board in each of the last five full financial years, listed by year.
3. For each organisation, please state if those arrangements were through the National Procurement Framework or if the arrangement was off-framework, and state for each organisation the mechanism for payment, i.e. are they paid per hour or per shift, and then:
4. If you hired agency nurses on a shift basis, please state how many shifts were filled by agency nurses per year for each of those financial years, or:
5. If you hired agency nurses on a per hour basis, please state how many hours were worked by agency nurses per year for each of those financial years, or:
6. If you hired agency nurses using a different methodology, please state what that methodology is and how many relevant units under that methodology were worked by agency nurses per year for each of those financial years.
7. Again for each of the last five financial years, please provide the spending on agency nurses incurred with each of the organisations supplying them, listed by provider and by year for each provider.
