Locum Consultant Doctors Spend - FOI Response Register

1. For each of the last five full financial years, please provide the total spend on locum consultant doctors of all grades by your health board, listed by financial year.
2. Please supply the names of the organisations which have supplied locum consultant doctors of all grades to your health board in each of the last five full financial years, listed by year.
3. For each organisation, please state if those arrangements were through the National Procurement Framework or if the arrangement was off-framework, and state for each organisation the mechanism for payment, i.e. are they paid per hour or per shift, and then:
