- A breakdown of the number of patients who were classified as a failed discharge in the calendar years 2022, 2023 and 2024 (most recent) [if this term is used] OR the number of patients who were discharged and then readmitted after 1 to 7 days with a breakdown for the same period.
With regards to 2022 and 2023 data and whether the term failed discharge is used then in accordance with FOISA s 16(1), NHS Shetland confirms that it holds the information requested but that it is exempt from disclosure under FOISA s 25(1) as the information requested is accessible without submitting a request under FOISA s 1(1).
