In line with our reporting to Scottish Government, we hold the waits for these patients in weeks not days. The waits are adjusted according to Scottish Government guidelines. The longest a patient waited for commencement of treatment during the period financial year 2023/24 was in the range of “more than 16 but less than 17 weeks.”

With the notes from Q2 above, as of 30th September 2024 the longest waiting patients was waiting in the range of “more than 12 but less than 13 weeks”.
