Animal Injuries - FOI Response Register

1. For the 23/24 tax year and 24/25 tax year to date, please tell me, how many people attended hospital within your board due to animal injury. Please give a breakdown of the animal.

In accordance with FOISA s 17(1), NHS Shetland confirms that it does not hold the information requested as whether a hospital attendance is due to an animal injury is not information that is coded.

2. If you're also able to provide some examples of what the injuries were, an age range of the individuals seeking treatment, and what treatment was provided, that would be great.
