1. Please could you provide me with the amount of money this health board has spent on diversity and inclusion training/ diversity training/ inclusion training in the financial year 2023/24?

There is no defined budget / spend.  AfC staff are provided 1 paid day per year to complete mandatory training requirements

Please could you provide a breakdown of what diversity and inclusion activities have been offered to staff/provided to staff in the financial year 2023/24?

All staff are required to complete an online Equality and Diversity module as part of a mandatory training programme on induction to the organisation and refresh every 3 years    Additional role specific development related to equality and development is progressed through appraisal and personal development planning
