There is no specific funding for international recruitment, this would be incorporated within individual departmental budget

All budgets are managed by Department Managers with approvals sought from Finance and Director of area and final approval from Exec Management Team

5 x General Nurse, 2 x Mental Health Nurse, 2 x AHP, 7 x Doctors (inc Consultants)

Apart from directly recruited International staff, we work collaboratively with The North of Scotland (NoS) International Recruitment (IR) Service, hosted by NHS Grampian to recruit mainly IR Nurses and AHP Staffing, so no agency involved
