- A detailed analysis comparing what was proposed for Long Covid services with what has been delivered to date.
This should include a breakdown of specific commitments made in the initial Long Covid Resource Application and their current status, noting any shortfalls or over deliveries.
The initial proposal was to fund a short-term fixed term post to scope out and pilot with individuals with lived experience, a care coordinator type approach. We were unable to identify a suitable post holder to do this work due to a variety of factors at the time.
The initial proposal was not to develop a specific service as this is not possible within the confines of the allocated funds.
Impact Assessments of Variances:
- Any assessments, evaluations, or reports detailing the impact of any identified shortfall or over-delivery on patient outcomes, service availability, or other relevant metrics.
No formal assessment or evaluations have been done as unable to deliver a specific service for Long Covid – services deliver services to people who need as per existing service delivery.
Relevant Documents and Correspondence:
- Copies of any internal or external communications, meeting notes, agendas, or minutes discussing the delivery of Long Covid services against the original proposals, from 1 January 2022 to the present.
See below
- Any reports, updates, or evaluations relating to the development, implementation, or review of Long Covid services in the same time frame.
No formal documentation for meetings/agendas/minutes as no formal structure held.
People needing help with Covid symptoms can be referred to existing services to best meet their needs based on individual symptoms.
