In accordance with FOISA s 17(1), NHS Shetland confirms that it does not hold the
information requested. As the date a referral is rejected/accepted is at the point of triage and
this date is not recorded against the waiting time data.

We monitor our wait list weekly to ensure referrals meet the 18 week HEAT target. If a
young person is reaching 17+ 6 months we will expedite them on the wait list to see soon.
