Steriliser 1 – Ultraclean L2DH-2A-1833

Last on-site service, re-validation, testing – 05/03/24

I am awaiting the engineers’ advice to confirm if the manufacturer’s advice is annual or quarterly maintenance, testing and re-validation is appropriate for this model (they would appear to be tested annually to date)

Validation Evidence Provided;

Fully supplied information from data logger from 01 April 2024 – 16 October 2024. No Failures.

Steriliser 2 - Eschmann Little Sister SES 225B

Last on-site service, re-validation, testing – 04/03/24

Validation Evidence Provided;

Information provided from printer; 10 May – 29 July. One Failure

Some dates only had one cycle which is surprisingly low for a four surgery/5 dentist practice (even with two sterilisers)

Additional verification for these dates only; 20/09/ 24, 23/09/24, 01/10/24

No verification from March or April.

As discussed at the PAG, there is no way of determining which instruments went through which machines
